ABSTRACT

After Mother’s return from the eastward, Eunice Bennet was at Watervliet, and being in the chamber with a number of other sisters, very early in the morning, Mother spoke out very earnestly and said, “I am angry with Eunice Bennet; Eunice immediately rose from her bed, and kneeled down before Mother, and asked her wherein she had offended her, Mother replied, “you are lacking in patience – you have not patience to wait – you are discouraged because you travel so slow; but the work of redemption is not the work of a day, or a month, or a year; but it is the work of many years, even all your life time.”
