ABSTRACT
Hezekiah Goodrich made his first visit to Mother and the Elders in June 1780, at Watervliet. And he saw and felt that she was like a consuming if re against all sin; and it was, for she taught him, as well as others, to bring their deeds to the light, and set out to forsake all sin, once for all, and to right all their wrongs, and make restitution where they had defrauded others.
