ABSTRACT

IT is deplorable to see traders at home or abroad attacking and slaughtering each other, to the peril of their lives and the hazard of all their goods, for the sake of gain or even to avenge their families. As a result they are unable to see, even with open eyes and in full daylight, the plunder ing to which they are everywhere subjected, but they must also be skilled in sharpening their weapons and using them to their own ruin.
