THIS weapon of war looks quite terrifying and unusual, and it would be even more horrible if I were to publish all the secret information appertaining to the site and time, or how, when, and where it should be employed. But since there are many things which it is impossible or improper or inexpedient to divulge, even if it were allowed, I am here happy to omit an explanation of this evil machine in case it might result in some one's peril or harm.
