ABSTRACT
WE have heard from our ancestors, and it is properly acknowledged by everybody, that dominions, or kingdoms, are best governed when kings have learned to rule well, and are governed peacefully when his subjects loyally obey a ruler who issues lawful commands. But it is necessary for each party always to make sure that affairs are conducted prudently and safely on both sides.
