SO mills worked by the current of a river are built in various ways, shapes, positions, and with differing mobility. As to position, they may be seen on water where there is an ebb and flow, in the alternating tides of the sea for example, or turned by the force of the wind, like many of those near straits, principally in the royal city of Stockholm in Sweden.1
