ABSTRACT
AGAIN, a fair judge among the northern people, as among other nations, should have at least three good qualities. One is that he X should be able to distinguish between what is just and what is unjust, and should wish to deliver a just decision and nothing else, whatever the reasons. The second is that he should have the knowledge and the will to carry out and fulfil this with all his purpose and labour.
