LET none be surprised that this humble book should even include within its pages this worst of occupations. I mean an account of these types J of individual, whose numbers cannot be reckoned and who are so well thought of in the courts and at the tables of high lords. These people believe there is virtually no delight to be had in life, or at any rate very little, other than the unique pleasure that proceeds from such notorious clowns.1
