ABSTRACT
THE profit made in olden times is known well enough, and this insatiable curse has lasted through one age after another in the search for metals and in their use and abuse. We are aware of how it has made its way into these unslakable times of ours, so that none or very few, even if they are lucky and happy, are satisfied with their lot.
