IN plains and on flat ground where, either by agreement or at the enemy's choice, as a consequence of the season or through opportunity, a possibility of fighting arises, the natives of those parts employ mobile cannon, also known as forts on wheels, which they can use to assail the enemy with greater force, or turn away when more caution is necessary.
