READ. – Letter from Joseph Planta, Esq., transmitting by direction of Mr. Secretary Canning, the copy of a note from Baron Maltzahn, the Prussian minister at this Court, stating that he is prepared to enter into a further negotiation, with regard to the commercial relations between this Kingdom and Prussia.
