I. The Advantages of Life Insurance. – These are so generally known and admitted that no lengthened description of them need be given. The man whose income will cease when he dies, may, by insuring his life for such a sum as his means will justify and permit, secure to his family the continued enjoyment after his death of a proportionate part of his income. He cannot leave to them his wages or his salary, but, by insuring his life, he may leave to them a sum of money, which will to a certain extent take the place of his wages or salary.
