ABSTRACT

From a practical point of view, originality always precedes invention and innovation: any invention and innovation begin with originality, and any breakthrough resides in originality. Originality is embodied in advanced concepts and leading designs. A person with an original idea can become an inventor, and an inventor can become an entrepreneur. An entrepreneur must understand that he should not be good only at management but also in operation since the operation is more important than management. Manufacturing is the most important industry for major industrialised countries. The shift of industry between regions is a common phenomenon in industrialisation and mainly occurs to processing and manufacturing sectors. The key to unified development planning is the centralised planning of urban and rural land. It is necessary for less-developed regions to cultivate local private entrepreneurs and enterprises when they receive industrial shifts from the developed regions.
