ABSTRACT
The interview is the first skill you master if you are to become a superintendent. I have encountered many people who I felt would be excellent leaders, but some just never seem to be able to master the craft. Some think that it is not something to “work on” since they are only talking about themselves and they have all of those answers. It is far more than just knowing answers. It is about hope.
