ABSTRACT

The three processes of the Reciprocal Volunteer Process Model (RVPM) built as a conceptual guideline for CYEP will be applied in this chapter. Guided by this framework, CYEP as a whole has built its coaching model for organizing volunteers, its interactional model for programme designing for a unique type of service, and its knowledge monitoring model for the project to receive feedback and create new knowledge for further enhancing the practice. The whole purpose of RVPM is to facilitate this youth volunteer project to evolve and mature. Examples of good practice and implementation strategies throughout the project development are included.
