ABSTRACT

Each of the following chapters (6–10) is formatted similarly. They are presented in three main parts (A, B, and C) describing how the cornerstone three steps in the Reciprocal Volunteer Process Model (RVPM) were used. Part A contextualizes and provides a rationale for a unique CYEP service programme. Part B conceptualizes, creates, and implements an interactional structure for unique CYEP programme to be implemented either locally or internationally. Part C then provides data from project staff and student volunteers who gave their candid insights about how this CYEP unfolded in the agency and community.
