ABSTRACT

This chapter discusses the changes and the impacts of transformational and servant leadership, the twin elements of inclusive leadership. Inclusive leadership is the ideal environment to work under. It produces more motivation, productivity and less absence from work than transactional leadership and also produces a more competent life. Confidence building is very similar to intellectual stimulation and unqualified acceptance since the leader needs to be prepared to let people have a go and then people are able to thrive. When leaders have the quality of ‘foresight’, it is comforting and reassuring to followers and it underlines one of the key qualities of leadership which is to zoom in and out from the macro to the micro levels with ease. According to the testimonies of respondents, inclusive leadership can have extremely positive effect on organisations boosting creativity, initiative, human potential and a sense of individual identity.
