ABSTRACT
This chapter introduces the two key industries, high-technology industry and cultural creative industries establishes the vector auto-regression model between GDP of Chaoyang District and various industrial venue from 2006 to 2012, as well as makes analysis of the dynamic correlation between economic variables. The close economic relationship between Southern and Northern China makes the production factors freely flow nationwide through main lines of transportation, though there are structural differences between the south and north. The spatial pattern of the “two zones” and “three belts” stressed the layout and orientation of the planes and lines, which need “several points” to assume the development strategy implementation and intensify the strategic arrangement of the planes and lines. The special functional areas mainly include grain-producing areas and ecological functional areas, both of which play an important role in ensuring national food safety and ecological security.
