ABSTRACT

180In this final chapter, we articulate the remaining elements of the Resilience-based Interaction Model (RIM). Here, our focus is on our daily interactions with children, the way we encourage them, and the messages we give them, all of which can promote positive work habits and character strengths. In our concluding remarks, we will briefly look back at the major points we made throughout this book about development and resilience and our role as teachers in promoting their wellbeing and well-doing.
