ABSTRACT
Histomorphology T-ALL, regardless of the site of involvement, shows replacement by normal elements by a diuse monotonous inltrate of medium-sized cells, oen with a “starry-sky” pattern (Figures 21.2 and 21.3). Occasional cases may display interfollicular involvement of the lymph node (Figure 21.4).
