ABSTRACT
It is needless to minimize the fact, the world faces the greatest crisis in history. An age-old civilization is threatened with dissolution. A scarlet colored beast appears upon the horizon, and threatens the overthrow of all governments. We are facing a precipitous fall from the heights where civilization has mastered science, art and literature to a pitiful chaos of savagery and barbarism.
