ABSTRACT

This exercise offers participants the opportunity to look at their life as it is now and take the time to consider what changes they want to make. The vast majority of people will not feel their life is perfect just as it is. For some people, it will feel like major things are wrong. Other people will have painful or frustrated feelings about smaller, but nevertheless significant, things that feel wrong about their life. That said, it can be all too easy to get complacent, tell yourself, “It’s not that bad” and “Just stick with the familiar,” knowing they are closing doors on far better possibilities for a fulfilling life.
