ABSTRACT

Organizational skills and behaviors are the way a collective group of people representing a company employs action to demonstrate who they are and what's important to them. Organizational skills and behaviors are the way a collective group of people representing an organization demonstrates who they are through action. A successful team is more than a group of people working with one another. High commitment from each member of the team is vital. A team cannot move to the next stages of growth without commitment. Skills can be taught, commitment cannot. Members make adjustments for each other, and differences become strengths as the team instinctively knows who to rely on given the nature of the problem to be solved. It is vital to the success of the team for each member to look within himself/herself and self-correct when he/she falters. Some teams choose to do a "check-in".
