ABSTRACT

Resilient organizations have the ability to absorb high levels of disruptive change while displaying minimal dysfunctional behaviors. Resiliency requires capacity for change; it requires an organization focused on common objectives and is observed through individuals and synergistic groups having positive attitudes leading to improved results and a proactive approach to change—one that is both flexible and organized. Project Change Management involves identifying and aligning the organization's priorities and creating a Change Agenda, an Enrollment Plan, and a Change Management Plan as part of a framework for performance management and continuous improvement. Think of a Change Agenda as a living document—an actual working outline that summarizes and communicates the planned events and that gets disseminated. The Leadership Team's key responsibilities are to report on the overall success of the project to stakeholders, and ensure allocation of shared resources across multiple projects and program.
