ABSTRACT
Projects and programs that are aligned with or support the organization's Mission Statement. A pre-project, documented evaluation of the potential impact an opportunity for improvement (OFI) has on the organization to determine if it is worthwhile investing the resources to take advantage of the OFI. The actual number of processes, Key Inputs, Key Steps, and Key Outputs applied can differ based on the scalable Approach to be used in managing it. A literal agenda of events that gets distributed as part of the Enrollment Plan in the next Stage to all prospective Change Agents. The scalable option selected for managing this project in an iterative fashion: Full, Lean, or Hybrid. The method used to create and elaborate the product, service, system, or result during the project management life cycle, such as a predictive, iterative, adaptive, incremental, agile, or blended method.
