ABSTRACT
The casino cage is where the gaming day begins and ends. It is the fortress that stores and issues our cash and checks and controls their return. Within the cage are our count rooms where the day’s drop is counted and profit or loss is determined. The cage and its environs are our most sensitive and secure areas and yet, as we’ve learned, there is always a way, often many, to bypass the barriers and attack what’s within.
