ABSTRACT
Conducting interviews will occur in all investigations and will be critical for a successful outcome to resolve a loss or determine a cause for a breach or loss. The process that an investigator uses during interviews will serve as a foundation for the investigation and will be referred to many times as the investigation evolves. An investigator needs to be well prepared before they start the first interview, which will save time and effort in the long run.
