ABSTRACT
The Heidelberg and Neanderthal types were early Nilotic Negroes, probably amongst the first who migrated North from old Egypt. Their implements were those of the early Nilotic Negro, and not those of the Pigmy race. They probably inhabited most of Europe and Asia, and existed for many thousands of years after the next exodus left Egypt. The Australians are descendants of the first exodus of the Nilotic Negroes who have Totemic ceremonies but are not "Hero Cult" people. The first exodus of the Nilotic Negro remains immutable outside Africa and the second exodus people remain the same. In the last exodus of the Nilotic Negro a great advancement is, in many cases, to be observed, the reason being that the type mixed to a certain extent with the early Stellar Mythos people.
