Close to 04:00 hours, the phone rings in three Tel Aviv homes. The three are: the Head of General Staff Intelligence Branch, Maj.-General Eli Zeira; the Prime Minister’s Military Secretary, Brigadier Yisrael Lior; and the Defense Minister’s Military Secretary, Brigadier Yeshayahu Raviv.
