ABSTRACT
This morning, Soviet Ambassador to Egypt Vladimir Vinogradov meets Sadat. The agenda is taken up with one question; supply of military equipment to Egypt and Syria. The Soviet Union can now show its full support for the Arabs, without over-endangering herself. The success of the first stage is not inconsiderable, and the Arabs must be allowed to hold fast and protect their achievements.
