ABSTRACT

To take a short break before difficult theoretic issues and baneful policy predicaments, parts of a policy-issues cartography can be sketched in the form of a travel guide for policy scientists bored by the problems of their own countries and looking for some real excitement on distant shores. Based on personal exploration, the following policy-predicament tour in cludes some of the choice places to try one’s brains and skills on policychallenges impossible.
