ABSTRACT
Type A, the service-democratic model, and Type D, the visionary-authoritarian model, are more common types of regimes, but Type C, the service-authoritarian model (e.g., Jordan), and Type B, the visionary-democratic model (e.g., Israel), do exist in reality as well as in theory.
