ABSTRACT

Since Western Europe is the cradle of parliamentary government, it would never fit in with a Genghis-Khan absolutism. American trade-unions are rendering a useful service to freedom in their campaign of telling European trade-unions the truth about Soviet working conditions. The essentially Nazi mentality of the Soviet slave-owner class is no longer in doubt among the terrorized masses of Occupied Europe. The Soviet hate and distrust of its workers is reflected in its stricter-than-tsarist penal laws. The Spanish Communist leader Enrique Castro Delgado represented the Spanish Communist party in Moscow in the Comintern during the war and was particularly interested in the condition of Soviet workers. The Soviet pounce upon Korea, and upon its European neighbors, shows that unilateral pacifism brings war. For propaganda purposes, Russia periodically offers atomic counterproposals; none is sincere or feasible because none allows a truly thorough atomic inspection.
