ABSTRACT
Cherokeelands $10,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, to defray the expenses of the Cherokee delegates and representatives invited to Washington by the United States to conclude this treaty, and also to pay tbe reasonable costs and expenses of the delegates of the Southern Cherokees.
