ABSTRACT

Many aims of political science can be most effectively achieved if collaboration between political scientists and individuals of closely allied skills is successfully maintained. In the contemporary world, the educational and cultural backgrounds of journalists and political scientists are approaching each another. If political scientists and lawyers are to improve their effective working relations in future years, it will be helpful if they possess a common map of the decision-making and executing processes and of the features in regard to which they have greatest competence and concern. Political scientists are more disposed by training and professional interest to put these formalities in the context of genuine perspectives and value assets or liabilities of the participants. Political scientists are interested in the use made by justices of such other value assets as the ethical norms of the community.
