ABSTRACT

A multijunction interferometer is a system of N Josephson junctions connected in parallel by two superconducting electrodes (Figure 1a). This system possesses several important properties of its own and also enables one to follow a gradual crossover from short (“lumped”) to long (“distributed”) Josephson junctions.
