I can only guess that you are reading this book because you, or someone you care about, are having some problems related to anger.

The purpose of this book is not to help you manage your anger, nor to control it or deal with it. My aim is to introduce you to some methods that I have found helpful in fully and safely expressing anger since ‘the wall experience’ described above. I’m doing this so that you can transform your anger into something that is of real and lasting value.
