ABSTRACT
We are honored you chose to read this book and your students are fortunate that you chose to teach. Teaching is the most rewarding, challenging, and exhausting profession that there is. Some people compare it to being a brain surgeon in difficulty. This would be true if the brain surgeon was in the operating room with 24 other patients and none of them were sedated, and most likely no scrub nurse and a 14-year-old scalpel.
