ABSTRACT
Aristotle maintains the proper way to craft a drama is to first sketch its general outline, and then fill in the episodes and amplify in detail. For screenwriting purposes, this means we must construct a plot from the general to the specific, starting with the biggest moments of reversal and recognition and then filling in the events that connect them.
