ABSTRACT

Time management Pacing your lessons will help maintain your students’ interest. It always helps to do a dummy run through, allowing yourself about 5 to 10 minutes for your introduction, followed by readings of your students’ work, when appropriate, say 5 minutes, thereafter 10 to 20 minute slots. Your time slots should allow for a certain amount of class discussion. Always ensure you leave sufficient time at the end of your session for your final aims, and to answer any questions that may arise.
