ABSTRACT
There are lessons that can be learned from the experiences of one community that are transferable to other communities. That is not to say that every occurrence in one place will have the same cause and effect relationship in others. However, the actions taken by some to the causes they experienced may demonstrate to others a certain potential for success or failure. One must observe the outcomes of various development strategies and consider the possibility of similar results occurring elsewhere.
