ABSTRACT
This chapter expands the meanings for the production and eating of food introduced in previous chapters. It generates further questions and proposals regarding agriculture’s and eating’s potential to function as a ritual, symbolic activity, as well as a practical, ecological one. It highlights the work of three religious farms for how they ritualize the agricultural process and are in turn enacting new forms of agroecological spirituality.
