ABSTRACT
The beauty of the innovation pathway is its simplicity. The processes are proven and the framework widely adopted. Innovation success is often multiplied when reader use sound planning principles and create roadmaps. Sometimes innovation just happens as needs arise, but roadmaps have a stronger track record. Provider and patient collaboration is powerful as well. Often, a collaborator will have the missing piece for reader to complete or enhance readers' innovation. A primary key to Apple’s success has been the diligent pursuit of simplicity. Too often we complicate matters which in turn reduce our opportunity for success. Always seek to simplify the complex. The more focus, the sharper the solution. Innovation dies with complexity. Very few innovations come from a single person. They come from a team of teams or an agile environment where collaboration and the communication dominate the culture.
