ABSTRACT
This chapter discusses what cyber victimology may offer to students, practitioners, and frontline professionals dealing with victims of cyber-crimes. This chapter also explains how the principles of the UN Declaration for Basic Principles of Justice for Victims of Crime and Abuse of Power may be expanded to assist victims of cyber-crimes.
