ABSTRACT
West Greenlandic has two different types of conjunctions, coordinate and subordinate. Coordinate conjunctions link two independent clauses, while subordinate conjunctions introduce a subordinate clause. West Greenlandic conjunctions can be either independent words or enclitic particles (i.e. dependent forms that attach to the end of another word; see section 12.2). Each type of conjunction is discussed in the following subsections.
