ABSTRACT
The book insists, with the mainstream of Human Rights literature of the last 15 years, that Human Rights have to be discussed in relation to their effectivity and accessibility. The empirical assessment that a small percentage of women, men and queer, although living in poor socio-economic conditions, actually do reflect on their social interactions regarding equality of rights and freedoms helps us to argue the claim and hope for justice and world peace.
