ABSTRACT
The year 2015 was one of the most difficult years since the beginning of global crises. That was a period of combined crisis including structural, cyclical, and external shocks. Government suggested anti-crisis policy which was supplemented with important shift in monetary policy. Alternative recommendations for economic policy are also discussed. Influence of sanction also reached its nadir.
