ABSTRACT
Entertainment products, particularly gambling, not only provide fun to tourists, but also increase the attractiveness of destinations. Gambling has become more important in driving economic growth in many countries. This chapter describes the evolution of entertainment tourism through a comparison of two major entertainment cities in the world, Las Vegas and Macau. It provides the outlook of entertainment tourism in these gaming destinations.
