ABSTRACT

This final chapter revisits some of the key issues and principles that have emerged in prior chapters. After highlighting some of the points raised in each of the previous chapters, the pluralistic approach to justice that has been emerging is discussed. As emphasized here, it is not a rigid framework, one size does not fit all. Rather, it is a flexible approach, guided by some important principles that have been discussed in prior chapters. These are discussed here as well. Chapter 7 closes with a short discussion of some of the tasks and challenges that lie ahead in the 21st century. Two case contributors aid this journey, a case on Napapiiri (the Finnish word for the Arctic Circle) by Emily Höckert plus a case by Bernard Lane on heritage tourism potential in North Devon, England.
