ABSTRACT
As mentioned in Chapter 1, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) can be calculated either by using Equations or by using the Time or Unit Loss Model. We have found calculating OEE using the Time Loss Model to be most helpful when capturing a detailed analysis of all the losses.
